John Bishop – business speaker and commentator said of this book - “Pat commits the cardinal management sin of spreading joy and making people smile. If her practices become widely adopted, going to work will become fun, and people will enjoy the experience. Ultimately she is a dangerous subversive to dullness, mediocrity and boredom. Why can’t we have more like her?”
This book demonstrates how to combine business acumen, creativity and wit to provide moments to educate, delight and entertain. This is serious fun and demonstrates the ease with which it can be combined with workplace strategy to boost individual productivity and contribute to business success.Pat has added papers that explain why every business needs its own Humour Resource Department and how Joyology works.
The book is available for $30 plus P@H of $5 Overseas postage $7

Others thought your message on happiness and intimacy was perfect, as you reminded us all of our humanity, in that we're all the same and all have our own fears and insecurities, and so do our clients, thus helping us on the rapport we have with each other. Many thanks too for the material you've emailed, which is being shared with the people you spoke to and others. I'm only half way through it as each one generates new thoughts we want to think about. I've heard from a number of people interested in the website questionaire you sent and I see the link is still being passed around to include people who weren't invited to hear you, so our challenge now is to integrate your legacy to our ongoing program".- Re Engaging with Intimacy - Laurie Finlayson, National HR Director Kensington Swan Humourous Keynotes over the last 12 months have included :-
